Open Challonge to log in first — if "Sync" fails with an authentication error, log in here first (new tab), then come back and click Sync.

The Community field is only needed for a tournament hosted by a Challonge Community (e.g. challonge.com/communities/my-community/...) — leave it blank otherwise. Clicking Sync always redirects you to Challonge to (re)confirm full authorization (read and write) for this tournament, then resumes the sync automatically on your return — this is needed for registration and result entry to work automatically afterwards.
